one of the kids saw something crawling along the wall going under the bed and it was a sewer roach

in at 2pm the person in front desk didn't let us stay by the pool it was 110 degrees n we had 4 kids

no coffee available in the room or lobby. the pool was shut.

it is pet friendly (we did not bring a pet in) but there was no evidence of previous furry occupants

wifi was not accessible

it was nice that it had a pool -- kids seemed to enjoy it

huge rooms and all the amenities a family needs with kids and skis and coolers

most helpful and very pleasant room was clean and comfortable tv and wifi worked well breakfast room was clean

connect to wifi but given no other guests reports issues it was my computer's problem not theirs
