wonderful breakfast, fun pool for the kids

4 kids were disappointed that the pool was not open

makers for the breakfast because the one waffle maker was super slow, and there was a ton of kids wanted waffles

stayed at the bloomington normal, illinois property last night for a quick getaway with the kids to go swimming

pool was full of kids the whole time, not your fault

only booked a hotel so the kids could go swimming, after we arrived we found out the heater was out in the pool

we live in town and just wanted a weekend getaway from our kids

sadly i only chose the hotel for the pool to take my kids there this winter

no kids menu in the hotel restaurant, pool was to chilly for me

only complaint was with trying to order room service

the jacuzzi was out of order and at these room prices, basic wifi should be free for guests

no complimentary breakfast, no free wifi. there is a parking fee. too costly.

the beds were comfortable, the free breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

wooden bathroom vanity shows signs of the wood being worn away, there is electrical tape on the wifi receiver

odd to get into the parking lot

the parking lot definitely needs to be repaired and paved

the pool was overrun with kids running from pool to hottub. needs an adult hour

booked a room with a king bed and sofa bed because me , my husband and our two kids

they had a bar however it was not open

pool and hot tub has been closed for 3 months and there was no notice when we booked.

there is a huge red stain on the floor in the kids room

i like the option for the bunk bed room, kids enjoyed it

no issues with kids running up and down the halls or loud noises

the room was great! the pool was good for the kids. check in was smooth.

it was spacious and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the two rooms
