getting told we have only one chef which is not our problem the staff on the morning were just kids so struggled

not really a good one for kids.

there was a great bar area which we enjoyed winding down in at the end of the day

for breakfast on top of the room price - the rooms were reasonably priced but and extra 9

in, and i had chosen the hotel as i knew we would arrive after being out all day, and knowing kids wouldn t

very friendly staff, who were super helpful and great with my kids

great location, comfortable bed, good wifi and a spacious room

when trying to sort out the booking - we booked queens head under the understanding it was pet friendly - it's

the wifi was not existent, despite there being three connection options, apparently

dinner & breakfast wonderful

they were also very accommodating the next day as we missed breakfast

we had breakfast before we left and we have to say, the food was truly wonderful

village location, large rooms with heating that you control, excellent wifi, all the staff were super welcoming

kids bed not very comfy shower overran the first use but fine after

tv had netflix, kids sorted for after the hike

we were very unfortunate to have inconsiderate guests above us who would let their kids run through the apartment

it was also noisy from about 10:30-midnight with kids partying in a nearby parking lot

noise from guests kids upstairs and the leaking s bend in the sink and the leaking radiator

weren't pre warned that there was a wedding and the noise of kids playing outside and the sound of goats or

the spa was noisey with kids!

not allow children into the spa , swimming pool as us adults go there to chill out not to here kids shouting &

kids are allowed in the pool and if you are planning a relaxing break as a couple then this may not

thin walls . had 2 screaming kids next door.woke us up early. room was looking tired.

like one of those middle aged childless women but some places just aren t designed with kids in mind

delay for pizza at tipi but staff kept us informed & then supplied extra food so our kids didn t have to wait

modern, clean and luxury toiletries. kids loved the playpark and grounds.

breakfast was excellent with a kids menu too, the room had an amazing bathroom, really relaxing.

rooms, great decor, loved the family room perfect for us and kids

dispensers in shower were almost empty, we replenished from the kids dispenser, a 5 star hotel would normally

stayed in a 2 bed suite - great to have a separate bedroom from kids

really happy to be able to bring my dog, kids loved it here also

breakfast was wonderful

was not actually a bar as listed, but staff are happy to provide drinks from a good menu until about 9pm, just

free parking too

was tastefully decorated it had a lovely garden and parking right outside home from home

that needed maintenance and cleaning, cobwebs in the chandeliers, marks on the carpet and poor wifi

within easy walking of the town and good on street parking

there was some noise from the bar which was expected

from the moment i arrived until the morning i left when the boss was happy for me to wait in the bar for my lift

staff made us very welcome and the food in the bar excellent

great location , bar , food and staff excellent , very friendly and helpful. rooms adequate.

dirty bottles on narrowgate and baileys of alnwick on market street for breakfast, and harry's bar on narrowgate

the family room was spacious, clean, warm and comfy - historic character kept the kids enthralled

really noisy as night with the traffic really small things, hot chocloate at breakfast for the kids would be

great location, free off road parking available. friendly staff.

loved the history, location good, parking good, secure and safe.

only gripe was the wifi wasn't working during our stay other than that really good

room, excellent for family of four really lovely pub meal for dinner, with good service and kids meals

sized family room proper beds for kids, breakfast good

noisy road at night, dinner disappointing, cold lasagne, kids pizza unpleasant, lamb dish fairly

stayed here 3 nights me and my partner and 3 kids while attending my brothers wedding at nearby charlton hall

particularly nice for kids to have a separate bed each and not a sofa bed

kids loved wandering around with the chickens & exploring the grounds, really safe

this should be listed very clearly on the property description, with a heavily pregnant wife , 2 kids , all

bring your kids

kids described it as fun and loved the place

the breakfast was good and having 3 fussy kids the host had no problem cooking to individual choices
