bathtub on the advertisement but in reality i had a square and short mini kinda of bathtub for kids
they offered room service but could not do as only one person working they offered us a taxi to the venue of

there were no kids channels in english
this meant we couldn t use it and was a big disappointment for the kids
the rooms were not clean, my kids had only one towel in the bathroom
uniquely unskilled staff at the pool (consistently forgetting and/or mixing up simple orders), kids friendly
the pools are pretty small and shallow, if there's someone with kids they usually occupy the most of it

the roof top pool is a real treat and the kids loved it as a wind down after a day out

it is a hike into the central part of town which would not have been an issue with older kids except for the
