i met parents and kids in the lift who were complaining about how cold the swimming pool was

centre was very small it was uncomfotable with lots of kids in the pool so couldn't swim and some of the members

to fault the hotel we had a great night there with the kids, but no swimming pool and no pancakes at

it was our kids birthday and they brought out dessert with candles on
