great hotel with parking in centre of town. friendly helpful staff and fabulous food.
lake, casino and spa facilities make this an idyllic base for exploring this part of normandy
position in bagnole,we were meeting friends at the casino and it was only 5mins walking
was a bar area which appeared not to be used at all which was unfortunate the car park was small for the
reception closed early until 8 am and no one around for the bar or restaurant

the jacuzzi in the spa had the most interesting and dangerous wiring, had to ask our kids to stop using

, we only came across french channels, which was a bit of a disappointment for the kids
the room opened out onto the green at the back which was lovely for the kids to go out and play, there was a
okay for small kids but maybe not for and adult
our kids enjoyed the kids-club and the location was perfect for easy access to town
the well-equipped kitchen made it convenient for us, and the kids absolutely loved the pool

it was great to have a relaxing swim in the pool after a day driving

no heat in room; freezing in room - wifi in room # 9 was slow and very poor signal - no elevator in hotel, $11

swimming pool was lovely
stayed in one of the wooden lodges so the wifi was pretty weak, which i found aggravating since you are generally
disturbance outside window at night, problems with ev charger although staff extremely helpful
it would be easier to bring in luggage from the parking area if the entire walkway was paved
