lady on reception remembered us from last visit and let kids in the office to see the

we were a group of 23 with 2 infants and 7 kids
sofa bed is too thin a bit uncomfortable for two kids

wifi wasn t great when connected to the tv so couldn t watch anything and also the freeview had
there is a bar area with a pool but it closes at 9pm, so can t be used for a quiet day finish

the dinner we had was beautiful, the waitress was very attentive to us and our kids
nice stay, a stone throw away from the loch, i found it really hard to keep the kids out the gift shop but apart
the room was very small, the bed was advertised as double but maybe double for kids
kids loved the extensive gift shop downstairs and the cruise from the hotel was a lovely experience

there was a breakfast available for 14 a head but i found that steep as my kids wouldn t have ate that much
something running down corner of our room which was constant for a period of time which kept the kids awake
