and while it's pet-friendly, they don't provide any amenities for your dog, unlike some hotels that do offer

told nothing could be done until the morning by a visibly angry staff member who kicked a bag of laundry when
it's a pitty not having a bar but the cafe right next door it's handy for that end

we booked this property because of the gym but it was a very small gym, no weights.
floor, room was ready when i arrived which was great as it was very hot and i also paid extra for late check
location. it was very clean. staff was friendly and they smiled! loved the room service option.
the gym was fine, there was some equipment that didn't work and it gets a little hot, just fyi

staff was exceptionally friendly (also towards kids) and had great menu offers for kids, e
we had two interconnecting family rooms - the kids especially were impressed with the added extras like the
my 3 and 6 year old loved our family room, and we had the perfect set up for a city break with kids - but still
soft drinks are for kids :) in room has no slippers
reception was difficult to spot when you first arrived, water in kitchenette broken for a few days

the beautiful cocktail bar and space was a real bonus

good beds, very good staff service and good internet connection excellent hot chocolate for the kids on
price of the breakfast for kids (as 4 years old) should not cost as an adult or even better free-of-cost since
wifi internet was super slow but overall the hotel was super nice, clean, and its location is
good wifi

with huge queue from l entercote restaurant next door- would have been worse if traveling with kids/very big
wifi didnt work at all for a complete night - not freat as i couldn't communicate with my local
wifi in the room
wifi was like a yo-yo, coming and going, and the sprinkler shower was leaking, i reported the
wifi signal poor and network not secure
