parking far from your actual room and in snow the walk is a killer if you have to carry stuff and kids
could also hear kids shouting outside at night
room had a small patio at the back with a large grass area for kids to run around
it would have been nice to have some activities available on the resort especially for kids

we had a room next to the gym. the sounds and vibration was not protected at all.

i was shocked with how we were treated, with our butler, the concierge, the spa staff

is unfortunate that the roof deck pool is open to non guests
walkable, also has complimentary transportation from hotel we used it to go to maroon bells shuttle

traveled with our kids (6 years old and 1,5 years old) and we asked for connected rooms, unfortunately management
very accommodating to families with dogs and kids

location, the hotel is new and beautiful, kids friendly
it is hearty, has variety and my kids and husband all found a lot to eat each morning before heading out

i sent my kids christmas presents by mail a week before and they do the delivery on the 26th because the
too hot at night but it didn t bother me just the kids and hubby
at 11pm i found out that we don t have food for the kids which i accidentally forgot it in car

require quite a walk from the entrance which is fine if you are a young healthy person without kids
the water drainage in the shower is pooling water up whenever used and have asked few times for maintainance

room was too small for 2 adults and two kids
however, if you are here in off season r travelling with young kids beware

they covered all the details on parking, wifi, etc and handed me a paper with all the details in case i forgot

isolation is not good between the rooms and the road outside(you can hear the kids running around in the room
15 minutes drive to the intercept lot for free parking which is huge
we enjoyed a drink at the tipsy trout both evenings and loved the spa tub each night!

the gym didn t have a variety of different machines ( mostly treadmills ) the outdoor spa is not
good amount of gym equipment
