re very understanding when it comes to having 3 kids

we booked the room to have a kids birthday party so they could swim and use room to cool off and take breaks

my kids didn't need that

looks good and friendly safe for kids to play and good people.

there are plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing while the kids have fun

were hoping for a pool because our kids look forward to swimming but not a need

just wish there would of been a pool for the kids to get in

there were kids running up and down the halls until early in the morning.

it says they have room service yet there was no menu or evidence of it, they tried to over charge me when i

limited parking

we were traveling with 6 kids and that little bit if info would have been nice to know

kids loved the youtube on the tv;older child enjoyed the pool; loved the late check out time, and

food was amazing but the pool was my kids favorite we lost our home so it was nice to do something

they didn't know how to fix the internet and they didn't have ice or milk for the kids

it seems like they cut their cable and it was very hard to find tv for our kids as it was just a smart tv and

the pool wasn t heated. but my kids still loved playing in a pool in the middle of winter!!

cookies and water was on hand to offer to kids

it was my kids first time staying in a hotel and they loved it, my son said the bed was very comfortable and

already in the room i booked and gave me a room with a king bed and sofa bed and one of the kids had to sleep

there were kids on bikes riding through the parking lot at midnight looking into cars

unlike the delta marriott in ashland ky, there is plenty of parking for guests, the managers are friendly and

pool open 24 hours and very clean. very friendly staff and good breakfast

clean, fresh, pretty, new everything, full kitchen, kind and attentive staff

amenities were awesome, pool, gym, breakfast, the suite, even the shampoo was great

advance, but not available when we got there, big inconvenience since there were 2 adults and 3 kids, needed

kids had an area with their own tv

staff was rude and expected me and my kids to use my room towels for the pool and i had no towels to shower with

very clean, friendly staff, great location downtown and the kids enjoyed the pool.

pool was clean but slippery for my littles

crusty stuff (i ll leave that to the imagination) on the cushions of the sofa bed that our kids slept on

front desk help was excellent. the bar was nice and staff was great.

i loved how it had a bar ,restaurant & breakfast buffet

on-site restaurant and bar was wonderful

stop here every time we travel to see our kids

some of the couples around us had kids that were loud at times.

could not make waffles for the kids

was very small so that the two unsupervised splashy kids of another guest prevented others from swimming

maybe have tv set up for kids to watch and not all news

that our room was beside the stairs, and the kids running up and down them

everything else was very good in kitchen.

no indoor pool

wifi was down so checkin was manual

my grandkids were with me so know one could enjoy it as much as we wanted too

kids loved the pool and it stayed open until 12am

there were kids in the pool running and doing canning balls

selected this hotel based on a pool for our kids to use

to get to right off i-64, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, kids liked the workout room

turns out some kids had disconnected to hook up a gaming console ( typically) , so he reconfigured

smelled musty and room was directly over the pool so i think kids were coughing at night due to pool

my kids called it janky

kids were running up and down the hallway and they did nothing about it

the lady that comes in at 4:30 am to fix breakfast did outstandingly as well

breakfast was your basic hotel breakfast but you will have that

was no wifi, and the tv channels kept going in and out and the room smelled like cigarettes even though it

breakfast bar had no bowls, no milk, no toast muffin were awful no coffee maker in the room we asked where

wifi connection was horrible. my computer would not connect to any of the wifi channels

so she googled it and then she looked all over the office i asked her if she would check the laundry room cause

the wifi also sucked
