the pool was opened which was great for the kids

our last breakfast saw an employee tell some kids to hurry up and grab breakfast cause she needed to clean

and kids ran up & down hallway or there rooms

the pool was so nasty i wouldn't chance letting my kids swim in it

air was a little hard to regulate in our room, but we had 3 adults and 2 kids so that could have played part

had very inconsiderate upstairs neighbors that let their kids run through their room all night long

you couldn't sleep because you could hear all the noise from other rooms, door slamming, and kids screaming

upon checking in there was also a guy overdosing in the culdesac, me and my kids had to call for help for him

my kids didn t eat there breakfast at all due to how it looked, they only had yogurt and a banana

close to the zoo also the pool for the kids was good. breakfast was great.

beds with clean sheets and blankets, clean rooms, ac worked well, kids enjoyed breakfast

and disinfect rooms to it fullest especially when some people like me has special needs kids who have breathing

was a little bummed when traveling with you younger kids that the pool closed so early and opened so late

i was able to have my own privacy to get ready in the bathroom greatful the pool was open and the kids werent

the view was of a parking lot, but the location was convenient

toiletries, robe and wet bar were appreciated small restaurant on the first level has limited menu but excellent

centrally located. plenty of parking.

staff was fantastic. room was clean and spacious. early check in too!

i had to wipe off everything before i would let my kids even bring the bags in

sounded like they had kids by all the noise which was uneasy, i ve never been to a hotel where you can hear
