i didn't appreciate being woken up at 7:45 by kids in the next room running around and constantly banging

the location n the ground , beautiful views & plenty of grounds for kids to have a run around n play

plenty of parking and lovely grounds and walks to be had

location was very good and it was good to have parking with easy access to the hotel

was a two day halloween event which meant car parking was confusing

it had loads of space for the kids breakfast was brilliant

breakfast was very nice and i like the decor in the bar and restaurant

kids swimming swimming lessons occupying the pool, all of saturday morning

because of covid they said had to go all the way down to front desk twice to ask them to ask some kids to stop

iphone couldn't pick up the wifi in room 28 (but my laptop did a bit later on in the night)

super clean comfy really nice staff. even had a mini bar in room that was stocked

breakfast and staff were absolutely great all over hotel from housekeeping to bar staff

i'm not normally one to complain but when my kids pay 150 for me and my husband to stay some where i expected

i tend to go on a week night on my own to have some me time without the pets and kids at home

the bed was clean & comfy but made with an old valance and looked like the kids had made it

also the tv would not connect to the wifi or to netflix for a movie night, which was a shame

given a disability room and i really wanted a bath also there was a baby and kids right next door and the hotel

as it backs on to a communal park weekend morning can be noisy as sporting events are held for kids and their

reckon it's great that parents can bring their dogs, as that could be a blocker to visiting their kids at uni

everyone with the same brush and feel the need to ring around all the rooms to treat folk like kids and remind

staff were welcoming and friendly, great facilities - kids loved the pool
