hotel wifi is needlessly complicated and we consumed data when we thought we were connected to wifi but
there is a small bar area and a comfortable seating area adjacent
didn't have breakfast but used the bar facility in the evening which has a good selection of drinks
no usable public space within hotel and room service for breakfast was difficult to get right.

then the attention to detail as we came with two kids that really made the stay outstanding
the young lady was fully polite, did my early check in and gave me precious information about transport and
liked everything, the only thing that i think is a bit too expensive is the pet fee, 35 euro seems a lot to me

one night for all of the family to enjoy spa facilities we received a message from the hotel that kids under 1

we had the handicap room cause we were traveling with two kids which was fine but the shower had no door/curtains
there were toys and board games for kids in the lobby, which is a great touch for families
