the second day, my husband took the kids to the pool and she again continued to berate him about the need
a gem such a unique place to stay, can highly recommend, the pool was a plus too
pool is closed in the middle of the day when you need it most
also the swimming pool was out of bounds until june, but we were not told this before or upon
a wonderful place. beautifully restored 17th century mansion, with a swimming pool!

wifi was not good in room 310
be warned that room service for food is only available during restaurant hours, doesn't state this on the room
wifi was almost impossible to connect and ofcourse communication with personnel only via
the wifi was desperately poor, even in the foyer. cut out after every 15 secs. unacceptable.

wifi didn't work in the rooms, only a tthe reception bar. a/c also didn't work.

parking was full and the second night there was a lot of noise on my floor made by kids
the room kids they left a use razor blade in the top of the shower from the previous customer so no happy

say add breakfast to all reservation bookings instead of making it optional and maybe improve the wifi network
apartment has a kitchen but very few basic kitchen appliences and no material to clean tables

what we liked the most was the outdoor restaurant with a very large open area and air castle for kids to play

kids were throwing food to the water and nobody was there to take care
too bad that very young kids that did not eat much had to pay the same amount as an adult
the gymnasium have plenty of machines but they are not working.

our kids stayed in the room with our cat to stay cool and calm

i arrived very late and after giving the kids a warm/ hot bath i didn t have warm water for
