the big room for me and my two kids. room 19
location was good like if you need to pop out to get stuff for kids shops were not
of staff at night, there were a large group in when we stayed and the kids were running riot up and down the

i booked family rooms got twin rooms my kids had to sleep on floor
the steam train comes the back of the hotel which was great for kids to see
liked the playing area for the kids and the staff were good too
kids menu was not good either we had wraps and it was loads lettuce stuff in a wrap with some chewy
it provided great breakfast and was also ideal for dinner and a play in the play area with the kids

had a family room but actually there were 3 rooms interconnected, our young kids just loved to check and search
carpet smells of damp and the bedsheets smell like perfume it was not clean,my kids and i got rasher after we
had a spar bath in are room that was very nice treat and the kids love it too
in the centre of town, perfect for visiting your kids at the uni
but the kids enjoyed the breaded fish and chips and the raspberry pavlova was lovely

we are a family with two small kids, so the room size is nice for them to have enough space to play
end of college term, so there was some noise from the college kids out partying.

front door was left open in the late evening and there was an instance of 'kids' running in from the street and
on upper floors had to be reached by stairs which were extremely difficult with luggage and young kids as they
comfortable,friendly owner,good wifi,nice meal

anyways me and my two kids climbed the stairs but it felt like our room was on the 6th floor with the amount
it's an issue if you have mobility issues or with kids and luggage or all the above when carrying everything
aware of this) i had to go to a sister hotel in the town and was handed a bacon roll, satsuma and kids drink
right next to beach but away from noise of main aber hotel and bar area

you are looking for a relaxed and comfortable stay in a safe place for kids this is brilliant

of the poor/non existent mobile coverage due to the location i found it difficult to contact my kids
o2 could not get a phone or wifi signal, the hotel does have its own limited wifi, but with kids and youtube it
