kids got noisy in the pool several afternoons
not eat there because breakfast was not served until 9:00 am; all other restaurants serving breakfast opened at
location of our room was right in middle of property, and anyone having breakfast was right at our window, as
the breakfast was good. the location is perfect. many restaurants within walking distance.

great location - staff friendly - pool - old mexico - not pretentious but comfortable
wifi was inconsistent, we had to fill a plastic pitcher with fresh water from the restaurant which

if traveling with little kids - there are a lot of stairs

were large, plenty of room, small kitchenette was great
spoke english, the room was very large with a kitchenette and a balcony, the place had a clean pool, and the
instructions provided all together in english would have been great, such as wifi password, pool hours or food

in room wifi is not very good
everything is super clean but the towels both in the room and for the pool are showing a bit of wear and tear

etc - you must speak to ventura - it knowledgeable and a local if you stay at the adult pool staff is great
almost got charged an additional night as well as for some candy from the mini bar which i don't think ever
we usually had breakfast and lunch there because we couldn't pull ourselves away from their palapa setup/service

quite far from the two best beaches and is very difficult to get to by car and on foot with small kids
not too far for some, but with kids it made getting to town daily a bit harder
pool needs. little maintenance

is not great, ocean by the hotel is very rough very strong waves, be careful specially with kids
we stayed a week and had two different couples with screaming kids
