this seems to be a common thing in spain but even little kids didn't want to go in
pool made a huge difference to the kids and the location is very central
the pool is really cold especially for kids, and the garage is outdated
kids delighted with the pool - perfect way to cool down
it was nice and spacious, enough for 4 adults and 2 kids

hotel is very good, except for the wifi connection, which is not of the proper quality required for the 5 star

decor in some rooms was dark, my kids didn't like it

2 rooms (kids room and another family member has same issue) had doors that didn't close on their own
the pool was small and some tiles were broken, and we saw some debris in the water (the kids had fun though)
it is more likely a kids pool but nothing for adults
room service options are limited.

the paintings on the wall were a bit strange and my kids didn't like the pictures looking at them, they were

bfast could be better for a 4 star hotel. wifi was not good all the time.

you need; check out time is quite late, room is the right size for our family and our dog; pets are welcomed,
kitchen staff eventually let me in
about the rules that apply to people arriving with a pet ( i also travel with my dog)

having secure parking for the van we were using, made it even more ideal
didn t have to go into a town or city and pay for parking
the swimming pool looks lovely on the photo on the listing , and it was stated that it will be open from 1
we were also disappointed that the pool was 2km away as the photos lead one to assume it is in the grounds
