some guests were too rowdy and noisy (but i guess, they were kids and was not the fault of the

pools were incredible

the staff is very kids friendly and there is even a little playgroud

little thing: the railing on the balcony can be a bit of a challenge for a family with young kids
we couldn't get help to get them removed as they were invading the beds on the top floor and the kids refused

unfortunately it is next to the pool where kids are playing very often, which you will hear every (early)

loved how close the beach was - my kids enjoyed that
getting a taxi from the airport was quite stressful especially with kids
we were given a room upgrade but it had an adjoining door with kids watching cartoons at 7:30 am

the beds and the cabanas at the beach are comfortable with great pool service
suite but it was sadly located directly over the kitchen in which the staff started preparing the breakfast

the fun zone for kids
the kids had fun with it and i did not have to be aware of other kids or people around
very relaxing ambiance, not noisy. very helpfull staf. the kids had a great time at the pool.

worth to go especially with kids as they have facilities such as changing areas and a lovely big tree shade,
i stayed with my 2 kids and the rooms were huge
we really liked the pool and the the aesthetic of the hotel

liked the variety of pools, but the kids pool could have had more attractions for them to play with
there was a seperate kids pool which i was tempted to escape to for some peace

the salt water pools are perfect and very quiet, expect for the occasional kids playing

there were a bad stench while at the pool area. the dinner was horrible
