my kids enjoyed the stay very much

could have been cleaner, but i think all these issues are from the numerous kids sports teams staying during

i think if my kids weren t here with us these would of been ok

it was a weekend so there were kids running up & down the corridors awful

they had a kids playroom and activity room i was able to reserve just for my family

kids loved this hotel- there were fun places to hang out for kids, adults and families alike

totally not nice when you arrive late after a long flight with two kids

only indoor pool for kids use !

didn t like that although i stated that i was traveling with 2kids i only had blankets on the king bed not

beyond and specially when i bbq some meat and the distance of the beer from the barbecue and my kids and wife

was 10-30 minutes from malibu beaches which is why we initially booked here - guess what the kids loved the pool

location right off the 101 plenty of outdoor seating staff is great free breakfast options to go clean

comfortable beds, quiet, convenient to shopping, dining, the freeway, loved the pool and jacuzzi, very clean

close to freeways, the staff was very friendly, clean hotel, excellent parking lot, great coffee every morning

the location is the best and parking is free

just a few steps from the parking area but still quiet and private

paper thin walls. heard both families especially kids early in morning.

staff noticed my kids loved the free baked cookies so they sent us a box to our room love you

the price per night would recommend families with kids on lower level floors

have a great 3 days stay with kids, great service and location. highly recommended!

room was very spacious and comfortable, loved the fireplace in the room and was attended extremely friendly by

the property is located on a very steep hill, which made parking difficult since there is limited parking in

wonderful host that took pride in his property and in the wonderful breakfast we received

there is also not substantial parking for all hotel guests

a double room with a living room suite with a sofa bed and it wasnt very dissapointing and my kids had online

shows had leaked all night, there was not hot water, and i kept hearing kids playing in the hallway

was quiet felt very safe and bed was very comfy, kids loved the giant tub and the private patio

service was exceptional - from friendly check-in to support with our breakfast, parking, and bags

with wife and 2 kids but they only catered for 2 adults (2 towels, no cot ready despite asking in advance on

ppl across the hall were insaaaane with the kids till 5 am the last night and the elevator didnt work for a few

i felt it was very overpriced the room was small for 2 adults and 2 kids. no ocean view.

the room is small but goo enough fit with 1 adult and 2 small kids

the property is the elevator is so tiny and old it s hard when you come with big luggage and kids

the bed was very comfortable, bathroom and kitchen were good

open wiring, very old and unclean kitchen no information on the entrance, how you get into the hotel

almost got trampled to death by a cohort of kids in the lobby having a mat mitzvah and nobody care nor did

kids loved the game room and i loved the wine hour from 5-6 with the wine and appetizers and the

no mini bar atm.

pool hours are like office hours (9-5pm) and the pool is covered by shade so it's a bit cold

picked it because it s pet friendly and we needed to evacuate from the fires
