to listen to the elephant stopping around most of the night above us along with a lot of little kids making
after driving 16 hours with 5 kids, we were all exhausted

my kids also wanted to use the pool so we stopped by again to ask for towels and no one was up front
i liked that everything looked cleaned.. breakfast was great. my kids enjoyed it.

my kids slipped on the wet tile several times
two were kids 3 and 1
too many kids no supervision in pool
pool area was spacious and great for the kids

the rooms are suites, so the kids could have their own room with the sleeper sofa.
bathroom had dust and spider webs hanging from each corner my kids were told they couldn't swim due to the

my kids could not sleep because of the sticky smell every time the fan blows up.

multiple children right above us on the second floor that woke us up in the morning with all the kids playing

gorgeous room, friendly staff, my kids enjoyed the pool so much my toddler keeps saying
variety of pools and a water slide for kids
pool was nice and well stocked with towels, and lots of pool fun for the kids
they also have an 'adult' pool away from all the kids which is great
my kids spent hours on the huge water slide, while we were able to lounge in the hot tube

on call shuttle was helpful
we had an evening drink at the bistro bar and the bartender was great
when i got to the hotel i discovered that the restaurant / bar was only available for breakfast and was not

the staff should remind the parents to keep their kids with them and not let them wandering like chicken all

great location close to the airport. comfortable beds, very clean. pool was very nice as well.

however, hearing kids run and scream while trying to sleep after a much needed rest, it wasn't fun
