getting up there with both kids in our arms while carrying all our luggage (no assistance offered) was difficult
staff couldn't do enough breakfast expecially was spot on,great with kids as a family couldn't ask for

the staff are absolutely exceptional and i would highly recommend especially if you have kids
the staff were very accommodating, in particular with 7 giddy kids
we always stay there great location beach just across the road restaurants and amusement for the kids a 3 minute
maybe open restaurant for evening meal as service in bar was slow..kids late going to bed

kids decided to stay last minute, reception staff upgraded our room with no problem
leisure centre shutting for refurbishment the next day thank god available while we were there or kids would

we also dined in lady helen restaurant which was wonderful but the kids menu (although nice) was also very
recommend highlighting to guests (particularly those without kids) that the pool times are for adults only from

was a fantastic hotel for the adults and kids
i was delighted to see a kids room in the mornings which would encourage me to rebook & bring the family next
required a knack to get it working and the pool which isnt just for guest use had unsupervised kids and really
it has a kids club which my daughter liked a lot, an access to a fitness center with pool
my youngest son had a great time in the kids club & the location was perfect for exploring the city

beautiful hotel on a huge estate with the most amazing kids club i have ever seen

when i asked to get the chicken goujons and fries from the kids menu boosted to an adults portion i was refused
