too many kids play not swim in the pool
area over crowded some kids party, drinks very expensive, i was not allowed to enter the pool area until after
with the hotel representative, for an hotel so close, with 14 hours travel with 2 young kids, it was really bad
no fridge in the room. the restaurant didn t have a kids menu. the buffet was average.
unfortunately, my mom and my 12 y old had to wait in the reception while i put the 2 younger kids to sleep

the breakfast had a nice selection of cold, warm, and hot dishes
venue, complained the last time, but it s still there, specially unpleasant in the morning at breakfast
the pool area is very nice, and it was lovely to be in an outdoor space that felt relaxing

called guest services (9pm) asking for more towels and they never came, so the kids ended up using fave towels

i travel alone with my kids, and although this is not a super star hotel, i think it was the best option for

needing specific room keys for each floor made it difficult when putting my kids and i on different

there s a monitor set up for kids to watch cartoon at the pool side and ever location comes with a good view

no towels are available at the pool area, people were smoking around the pool and kids were not happy with that
we were 2 adults and 2 kids and i could not sleep well
early check in was available and with the kids it was essential for an more enjoyable stay
two guys, could not sleep, felt unsafe + staff, at the pool, they wanted to fine us because the kids are a pizza
gym equipment is very outdated and half of it doesn't work at all.

if you have kids there is a nice swimming pool
parking is not 24hours and the parking lot for the hotel is in a different street
wifi did not work on the floor, ice machine did not work ,used the stairs to get ice needed for my
restaurant and bar were lovely and the food and drink, delicious
the food tasted so good. the bed is very comfortable and clean. good time in the pool.

sofa bed was super uncomfortable for my kids
