allow kids to be jumping and playing in the jacuzzi pool,not able tu use it for that reason
the water in the pool was turbid and was not heated, except for a small section on the end, which for obvious

there could be more social activies for both adults and kids.

- there are very few activities available for adults and kids, and most of them are paid
garden and pool are nice. althought it was busy with family and kids
the rooms still the same, but the ambiance was different: there were so many families, so many kids, it was
wait time, food quality, room service food for the kids was barely edible
the soap smells like feet they have room service until 10pm is not 24 hours like they said

the garden/pool area was pretty dirty and loud (full of kids and families, as usual)

the jacuzzi was not working next to the beautiful swimming pool but that was a very minor issue.

bar by the pool had staff problems, i requested a beer like 4 times and during my 3 hours at the pool i never
our room was clean and we loved that there was 24/7 room service available
the room was to dark and the emergency exit to the pool was blocked with a desk...
breakfast was really expensive and for the price the buffet was not so diverse

the music is too loud, both in the restaurant and at the swimming pool

don't get me wrong, i love kids but it was the only place in the whole

the breakfast is classic mexican food. the pool is good ,the room is pretty good.
