i liked the pool, restaurant and service. the garden and facilities around the pool very nice.
this place ticked all the boxes above, the bigger swimming pool was warm, and clean
no phone in the room means no room service unless you jump through hoops and use your own cell phone to call

the pool is also perfect for kids and adults as there are separate areas for both to enjoy
kids in the pool swimming with diapers and clothes. dirty pool.
the garden/pool area was pretty dirty and loud (full of kids and families, as usual)
can order food from nearby restaurants and eat by garden pool, we had lots of fun, not only the kids but parents

they need more staff at the pool

however, we enjoyed spending the weekend at the hotel, enjoying the pool, walking around the garden and eating

they have a lot of activities for kids and also activities like yoga, zumba, etc
no kids menu for lunch and dinner
don't get me wrong, i love kids but it was the only place in the whole
pleaseeeee respect humans who chose not to have kids

my kids took to sitting in the common areas in order to get wifi
space to stow luggage and clothes etc in the room - there are an outdoor small play area for kids, nothing fancy
the room was pretty good and the option of having netflix in the room was a plus for my kids specially
the pools were crowded with young kids mostly screeching with delight as they played in the pool
the only thing i missed was it's summer vacation season and the hotel was packed with kids.

restaurant was quite slow, the hotel was full of young families with screaming babies and spoiled kids, the gym

the pool seems to be the main attraction of the hotel and the kids loved it

i wanted an authentic mexican breakfast and i feel the hotel offered it
the staff was incredibly nice, the place is spotless, the food at the restaurant and pool are delicious
breakfast was menu only, so not great for business people in a hurry
they went out of their way to accommodate early check in, arrange airport transfers, etc
