staff was super helpful, even helped us going to the drugstore for some medicines for our kids
in was very slow, they made us wait a lot of time and it was 10:30pm and with 2 kids, with 3 people at front
wifi connection is bad and one receptionist had a terrible habit of making my long stay there a bit
clean environment. english speaking staff. comes with own restaurant and breakfast.
pool was cold, although it was winter and an outdoor pool i would expect for it to be at least warm

located near the north exit from the city, easy to access, parking in premises and wonderful staff

not having bath tub for kids
my kids were slipping that s dangerous
i had kids with me had to sleep with patio door open

it was one of our birthdays and ari (the manager) organised a surprised cake and song at breakfast and while
