having access to a pool for the kids when it was still cold out was a huge plus
my kids enjoyed there a lot as well
control in the room worked perfectly, the resort grounds were fun to adventure with my kids and oh the view
families should note, there is a small carousel on property for kids to enjoy
the pool is a great setup for kids -- not exactly soothing for adults going for the hot tub, thanks to the echo

hallen, champions sports bar was disappointing; felt like it was really just there to satisfy kids
the kids loved the pool and arcade and access to the mountain was so easy

however, i found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at steins lodge very inconvenient

the room was very goood , staff was very friendly, spa was excellent had
helped you put your boots on/off, so the hotel room never felt like a ski room except for the fireplace :-)
we particularly enjoyed the fireplace on/off with a wall switch

on the plus side, they gave us a credit, so we took the kids to the arcade to kill some time
unlike other reviewers i appreciated that pool security was strict in not allowing kids in the adult pool or
room housekeeping - hot tub ran cold water in adult pool area - adult pool area was dirty and kids were in there
no kids relaxation pools and steam shower in the room

we are a family with teenaged kids the music didn t bother them but for me after skiing all day i like to
had great stay, we were upgraded to two room apartment with fireplace and living room, 3 tv, kitchenette fully

there were kids in the hot tub after 10pm. at least the parents were nice though
were comfy and i loved that after 10pm there were no kids allowed in the pool but adults could be in there 24/
didn't like that there were kids running up and down the hallways with loud walkie talkies late into the night
hot chocolate available for kids to have a warm drink that isn't coffee
the breakfast was good, maybe don't overcook the bacon. my kids enjoyed the pool.
