having access to a pool for the kids when it was still cold out was a huge plus
my kids enjoyed there a lot as well

the pool is a great setup for kids -- not exactly soothing for adults going for the hot tub, thanks to the echo

breakfast was good, location of the property in relation to the ski area was excellent
however, i found that no room service and having to take a shuttle to the spa at steins lodge very inconvenient
the pool, bed and location was amazing!

i am a single mom, and it was a big deal for me to splurge on the room and dinner for my kids
we had a family next door to us and their kids were running around screaming all evening
there were lots of hiking trails and fun activities for the kids
i was very dissatisfied and that it also was for 16 and older so my kids couldn t even use it
then for dinner i took my kids to the restaurant downstairs

my kids loved the hot cocoa station by the front desk
the pool was filled with over 40 adults and kids who were screaming and yelling up until the 10 pm closure
balcony railing need replacement. pool will soon need modernizing

they have a game room which was great for the kids, nice staff, we really loved it and will come

there was drilling and kids running around above us that woke my son up

they never cleaned the room in the three days we stsyef there even though we traveled with kids and we asked

put our room right next to the elevators and kids were running up and down the hallway until 2 am
booked it specifically for the pool for our kids, only a day before we arrived
reason we got this hotel is it looked nice and had an indoor pool, but when we went to go to the pool it was
the lady at the desk gave us a free room upgrade with a spa because it was our honeymoon.

i had my own room, put kids in the other and 1 on the pull out couch/bed
our kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court
the suites have 2 bedrooms and their own baths. makes it so nice for adults and kids.
kids were the only ones who actually ate the breakfast which consisted of waffles
the hot tub was grossly dirty..probley from all the kids in and out.
