the kids did not enjoy sleeping on it
staffed,but the kids working are working their asses off
breakfast was excellent the pool was a plus for the kids location was phenomenal do to the fact
traveling with kids and a infant we needed the extra room and this place was able to accommodate us

pool area and other parts of hotel needs some work but nevertheless we enjoyed the pool esp the kids
the spa was wonderful too very new and complete with changing rooms relaxation rooms shower rooms
i liked the little touches like free parking, a magnified mirror, q-tips, water bottles, tea, and coffee
the pool towels were in limited supply
the views of the garden and golf course were quite peaceful

separation between the bedroom area & the living room area which had a pull out couch for the kids
was spotty, the remote for the tv did not work and it has very few channels no cartoon for the kids also the
there's multiple pools, especially ones for kids
we are already talking about a vacation and taking our kids to stay here
of the pools weren t small enough for the kids, the one located at the hotel wasn t, it was 3 feet minimum

our kids are 12/11/5/4 yrs old and they were ready to leave 15 min after they arrived
we loved the pool, lake and equipment for kids including bucaneer bay !!
it was very clean and the activities for the kids were great.
resort is amazing to stay with kids, the pools are very clean and fun
everything was clean! and the kids love the pools!
