the breakfast was amazing. lovely comfy room for parents and kids.

the bar was very small with only 3 or 4 tables

sometimes didn t answer room service

the bar staff could have been a bit more attentive they seemed to be distracted

wifi... bathtub... noise outside a generator kicked in at the unfriendliest hour of the morning

wifi connection is very week. can t connect it unless stand in front of door.

oxford is perfect room was up to the standard that i expected, and house cleaning was excellent room service,

only negative - trying to access the parking lot from the very narrow street was a real challenge

all it is missing is a gym.

an apartment for the family (2 adults, 3 kids) - spacious, clean

this meant a run back in to town with our kids to try to find food

had some confusion in our order ( ignored our booking references and put the kids room in a different building

staff, beautiful rooms, nice bar facilities, great food for dinner & breakfast

hotel and great price but lots of unnecessary up-selling - parking £10, early check in £20, late check out �

also arranged a parking space in the (small) car park

they tried to charge us for someone else's room service

in every way:friendly and helpful staff, the building-outside and inside, cleanliness, location, parking space

brekkie was lovely and drinks in the bar were well made

good food, good ambiance, central parking free and central location to tour the sights.
