you cant check in till 4 and check out is at 11 so it's almost impossible to use it if you have kids
in-room breakfast was good, and the pool itself was okay, though the adult area was full of kids
there were a lot of kids at the pool but it was still spacious enough to have a good time
appeared to be kids sport teams staying at the hotel and the pool area was over run witj kids not to mention
the resort was very clean, the kids loved the pool area.

kids love staying here, we made this our go-to place to stay whenever we're in arizona

was old and gross, even my kids were not wanting to shower with rusted out/molded tub drain
wasn't a pullout, it was a twin trundle underneath which wasn't ideal for our kids

loved the water park for my kids and our room was so close to the water park this time.
we can use the water park before check in, it was a bother to be changing else where with kids and more
being in the middle of summer with kids it was less than ideal

i asked for complimentary room service for dinner since it was late and we had kids with us
had a one day travel for business so i took my family with me because the kids were out of school
perfect for little kids or adults looking to get away or to be minutes away from the airport

your website did not mention the 'free breakfast' was a plastic bag with a small yogurt, muffin, kids apple
able to park near entrance to our room every day, which was nice since i was traveling with 2 kids
we booked a room for 2 adults and 2 kids with a single queen bed and a sofa bed, but there were no bed linens

staff was friendly, the hotel spotless, with a pool and a basketball court

there was an odd smell in the hallways. the pool needed some lighting at night.
