this stay was our first time with kids in tow

my kids loved the hot apple cider and the jetted tub

staff was very good, the food was excellent, the steam bath on the fireplace were nice, the location is good

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to

fee per night which made no sense since there was no particular facilities, workout room or a pool

the food from room service was mediocre at best.

the room was awesome and the we enjoyed the pool and hot tub which had a fantastic view of the mountains

the service at the pool bar could be

spa staff inexperienced--had a bad experience with a facial and a massage that involved bruising;

poor food and room service

pool and waterslide was great for the kids

on a ladder and he told us we could walk by but as we did tons of water poured all over our kids and my wife as

there are 3 hot tubs and an indoor/outdoor pool with a slide that the kids really enjoyed

location is great, restaurant is of great quality, pool is great, especially for kids.

we paid upfront $600+ usd per night for 2 adults and 2 kids (age 7 and 9 years old), expecting a great place
