there is an elevator, a gym, and a lovely terrace in the top floor
central hotel in the heart of tehuacan with free parking. good breakfast, attentive personnel.
i didn't drink there but the bar looked nice
on the other hand during my two last stays in the hotel i noted that room service trays are left in the halls
