spa! dirty, tired and kids everywhere!!
were looking forward to using the spa however, it was absolutely full with kids even after the time it was

would have prefered a proper menu in the room and an option for room service due to having a dog i didn't really

had a perfect stay, leanne helped us finding a pet friendly room on the ground floor, and offered us a comfy
bar snacks and bar available

that said nice kids and they try hard
00pm which is amazing so i can enjoy myself after kids go to sleep
spa times for kids are quite limited and apply to teenagers as well
there were very restrictive hours for when kids could swim
chose the hotel so our kids could use the swimming pool

and breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety / kids options
the wifi costs 7 per day per device. with 2 kids in tow that was expensive.
com to sort out but she managed to upgrade us to a very luxurious suite with 2 z-beds for the kids
hotel when we stayed had busloads of school kids with usual unsupervising teachers
kids running around the corridors all hours at night
