we walked to a restaurant across the street which was fantastic and my kids used the pool
my kids enjoyed breakfast. front staff was nice
the first room well they weren't in the second room either nor did the tv turn channels and i had kids bouncing
complained to staff who talked to guests, had 3 kids jumping on the bed (continued whole trip) when we complained
very friendly staff, the kids loved the hot chocolate and fresh m&m cookies in the afternoon

thin walls; 6am exercise music & audible throat clearing from next room & kids running back & forth upstairs,

it has an adult only and kids pool, restaurant on site and a shuttle to downtown napa, among other things
there was no one to help us to our room (we have kids and had to borrow their luggage cart
lastly, the adult pool was shut down so noisy kids were allowed in both pools on the property which was a bit
also wanted to mention we left our kids and pets behind with others for our special time to celebrate a friend

needs to be stricter enforcement of the pool hours, so you don t have kids screaming at 10:20p

is a great place to stay with kids if you're visiting six flags discovery kingdom and hurricane harbor
pool and the kids loved the hot cocoa and popcorn treat
easy parking and quite nice breakfast

no need to spend upwards of $400 a night when in napa with kids
kids loved the pool our stay here was exelent
the tv was fuzzy and wifi was only ok (but not amazing)

were there on dec, 31st, two families with kids, they asked us to leave the lobby at 11pm
desk staff went above and beyond to accommodate our kids, give us rooms next to each other, help extend our stay

room was near the pool, and families with small kids have rooms near the pool, and small kids were noisy playing

our room was next to the laundry so we can do our own laundry many green areas around the resort

view from the pool across the vineyard is amazing
service at pool restaurant was very slow
breakfast was great. king bed was comfortable. rooms and yards were fantastic.
spa staff had a piss poor attitude
