everything was good. kids can't wait to visit again
really create a vacation there was no pool available for us and it was a big thing with our kids
i told a woman at the desk and she made an excuse that if several kids got in there it raised
my kids were holding their noses every time we came out of the room or elevator
to much chorline in the pool

water pressure in sink very low. loud kids running up and down the hall
popcorn available and lollypops for kids
my kids and i stayed for about 2 weeks due to us moving and the staff was not inviting at all

fantastic clean hotel with wonderful staff. kids loved the pool. restaurant was good quality.

i had to uber eats with my kids for 7 nights due to the restaurant being closed
so we had to stuff 3 kids in a bed
to take the shuttle back to the airport at approx 5:30 am on a saturday

my kids loved it though
room was so spacious, beds were comfy, and the kids enjoyed the pool
was clean and large enough for 2 adults and 3 kids
the kids loved, the waterpark.
they even helped with ideas for things to do with the kids

i rented 2 rooms and my kids sheets were the same
the kids loved seeing the city from the balcony
liked the 2 bedroom suite with 2 full baths and full kitchen
we did not eat the breakfast . our room was very comfortable and inviting,
use the fitness room everywhere i travel

witnessed kids on bikes in the middle of main streets doing wheelies & riding right at cars coming at them &
then my adult kids were getting ready to go to dinner and there was a very large cockroach in the room
nice pool and great room set

made it easy to explore charlotte, friendly lobby staff made us feel very welcome, view of pool from
