we booked this one as we thought (wrongly) we would want to be central with the kids
wifi was weak or inconsistent
in the town centre, wide room, wifi
the wifi was very inconsistent which was a huge inconvenience.but the staff was really nice

the grounds were amazing and perfect our kids to explore, pool was small but perfect for a dip and was never
what an experience for the kids
should be couples/teenage kids, not suitable for small children
in the restaurant was good but is way overpriced doesn't cater for kids
the restaurant supervisor was very kind and tried to make sure my picky eater kids have enough food to eat

they have a wonderful kids club with excellent staff at the kids club
the hotel does not manage families with screaming kids
our kids had a great time and loved trying out the snuba (combination of snorkeling & scuba), our villa
staff are very attentive. food is great. safe, lots to do for kids.
the rainforest spa was amazing

the buffet breakfast was superb. staff excellent, facilities excellent.
the staff were only trying to promote hotel services such as the spa and the restaurants, without actuall
times it was difficult to find a sun bed by the pool
bar service itself was quick, but lounger service appeared to be more of a theoretical offering
the parking needs an update. but it was o.k.

there was parking in the courtyard
much i didn't like but in the spirt of constructive advice i would just say: -the wifi signal wasn't great (but
the rooms are beautiful and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen
no room service after 3 pm on property.
hard pillows what croissants? - didn t get any lack of/poor room service

kids were allowed in all pools and even in the jacuzzi
waiters are polite and very helpful kids and wife enjoyed the
little kids tried the kids club and felt it was too babyish for them, so we didn't make them do it again
the kids loved the water activities and both the beach and pool were great
those are two different vacation experiences especially with kids

go to sister hotel next door for it tho ,pool deepest part is 3 feet 6 inches which is good for kids and adults
breakfast had excellent choices
size rooms, lovely pool and pool loungers, great location close to everything and useful beach shuttle
just the wifi did not work at times
that the pool was out of order.

we were in a quiet room but our kids room was pretty noisy
with a water park for kids
the hotels are attractive and the accommodation comfortable - kids will enjoy the pools and the beach

was horrible with all the locals- loud music,kids running around our chairs throwing sand
restaurant staff was good, nice pool for the kids
the staff was friendly and helpful and the pool spacious and good for kids and adults
friendly, helped us refill our water bottles whenever required and helped with milk etc for the kids

bit small, and i really wish we could have had a microwave - it's a necessity when traveling with kids

i believe they were full size and staying with kids this was not acceptable

location to the beach, great pool for kids and the food was very good.
got a suite for 2 adults and 2 kids and it was perfect
with two kids we can t remember such a good experience and such a nice family property to relax and enjoy
on the breach and the water is calm, you can have kids in the water without being stressed about strong waves
with very few exceptions (sadly i didn't take the names of the nice ones, one being the kids club manager)

check in and check out was a nightmare and my kids where frustrated and not happy
if you have kids you should have ample entertainment for the drive
