very accommodating to families with dogs and kids
traveled with our kids (6 years old and 1,5 years old) and we asked for connected rooms, unfortunately management

parking far from your actual room and in snow the walk is a killer if you have to carry stuff and kids
room had a small patio at the back with a large grass area for kids to run around
it would have been nice to have some activities available on the resort especially for kids

in the dining area was a jewel as well as all the staff manning the shuttle service, which was excellent and
the hotel offers a free shuttle around town as well as to the aspen ski resorts, ajax, buttermilk, highlands,
sumptuous breakfast included. shuttle around town and to the airport appreciated.

check in very late (4 pm) and check out at very early time (10 am) specially when you are with kids
great courteous staff. shuttle service to town/back to hotel is amazing when it rains
the fireplace was perfect for the cold nights, and the beds were so comfortable

my only complaint would be the parking. it was doable.
