couldn't go to the swimming pool with our kid, because kids under a certain age were not allowed after 6 pm
pool and the spa is not included in the any rate
parking was cramped, had to use as parking place the ramp to the underground parking
was a spa and secure parking linked directly to your room
the dinning room and bar are not as nice as the rest of the hotel.

i forgot to mention that the hotel was very clean and especially we had small kids i was worried at the beginning

the staff could be more kind and educated, it s just a bunch of a bit arrogant kids.

the pool and the seating area were dominated by a couple of families with their kids spreading out and taking
breakfast, which begins at 9 am, was brought to our table for two: an excellent cafe con leche,
area is an event place (for weddings or lager parties), it is a large area with pool, parking lots and a nice
beautiful room, attentive staff, pool, excellent breakfast.

only a tip for people with young kids. the swimming pool is deep all around

we stayed mon-thurs and the last night was a lot noiser with a popular bar next door
bit of a modern vibe. we really liked the restaurant downstairs. nice laundry service.
no staff at reception after 10pm despite saying it was 24hrs terrible wifi, too slow for even basic social
a bit disappointing versus the pictures - equipment was a bit old / outdated - wifi was very poor - plug and
the location is great. there is no free wifi.

pity the rooms from didn t have connecting doors as we had 3 kids and were spread over two rooms
the cafe con leche was freshly made and hot; the kids enjoyed their hot chocolates
they offered us laundry service which was perfect for us since we arrived after finishing the camino de santiago
