use the spa because i am a therapist with 45 years experience, and their treatments with young kids who have
kids get 1/2 off dinner
poolside services are not very satisfying since they was only 1 waiter around

great service,super clean and comfy rooms,really good food in the restaurant, awesome pool
room was huge, the pool area was really clean, this is a very smart hotel in a very nice building

traffic noise considering it's right next to the highway, though a little does come from the pool area

is aroud 30 minutes from guanajuato city, in green area, big territory with little farm, what our kids liked a
day i stayed there was a big group of kids that camped trough the night they where playing and screaming till
was a noisy group of kids staying at the hotel near our reserved rooms, so the staff offered us to stay in bigger
they were nothing fancy but the kids liked to use them

told us before check in that the pool is out of service and with kids is something
us a flavor she never mantion or show us a map of the swimming pool or the areas to play for the kids or tell
i always look for places to stay that has ample green space for kids to get out of the hotel room and
aren't the most comfortable no wifi in the room no option for not disturbing the room horrible
that may need to improve it can be: parking (it really needs more parking lot), i know the rooms are with the

and our two children but only got one seat, which meant there was nowhere for us to sit once the kids were asleep
kitchenette in our suite was not really a kitchenette, as the stove and oven do not work

there is not a lot of them but for older people or even kids it may be a hassle
i could also park my motorcycle in there secure parking right under the hotel which is hard to find in guanajuato
