was really noisy, people were talking loudly in the corridors and we heard kids running around on the floor up

made it inconvenient with kids

there was a hockey tournament that weekend and not easy for some parents to control their kids

pool was closed. i specifically booked for the pool.

it was like sleeping in a gymnasium with adolescents

fireplace was not functional and room was very cold and the fridge was not working

two fireplaces in the bar and another in a reading room on the main floor are welcoming and a make for a pleasant
