ridiculous for families with kids
food was really good and staff were very accommodating with our 2 kids who have special diets
did not feel i had to tell kids to be quiet
a few families were staying next to our room and about a dozen kids were running in and out between the playground

i had asked for a room in a quiet location in the hotel as i had two kids with me and was given a room right

was not anything my children would eat and there is nowhere to get food around there so the kids were hungry
location , great food, very comfortable bed, fabulous breakfast free parking right outside swallows performing
there was a bar and restaurant albeit we were not hungry
the common areas downstairs are very comfy and perfect for relaxing with a drink (there is a bar onsite)
weak wifi .but this was not a business trip so not a big deal.

travelling with 3 young kids and was lead to believe rooms would be adjoining (they were across the corridor)
were 2 kids basketball teams staying there and they were running around on the landing above our family
and it seemed very strange that there was a lot of staff with there kids having breakfast at the same time and
next all evening and night there were kids running around and yelling
very noisy, lots of kids running around not supervised

their is loads to do especially with the kids
the place is absolutely amazing for kids i cannot fault it at all
very family friendly, lots for kids to do, food fabulous very helpful staff
room very warm and no low light to leave on during the night which the small kids require.
the family room was a brilliant facility to have for the small kids to store their food in the fridge etc

up with a card she had an amazing time we all did we will definitely be back again everything for kids a park
fabulous hotel & amazing staff ud83cudf84ud83cudf89 ud83dude4fud83cudffb the kids club is an added bonus
great little park for the kids, hotel itself was lovely
playground and little fairy fort for kids and pool and spa for parents
there is open farm for kids.it's really nice.

were no elevator to get to our family room so we had to carry two kids, twin buggy and suit cases up stairs

when travelling with kids is not ideal
door opening onto giant fusebox where kids could electrocute themselves
there is no private wifi its not cheap to stay here so you expect a higher standard in the
parking was not available at midday.
parking was a bit poor but i understand it s not changeable would of liked to see a booking

was perfect, they provide good breakfast, it is conveniently located, close to many restaurants and bus stops,

had kids running and banging on the doors up till 11 pm
the noise off the kids banging was the only problem
tv was ancient . my kids have never even seen a tv of its era...
breakfast was delicious. kids loved the fresh rolls and juice!
the bed was great and the kids said the pancakes were unreal

due to covid ment i couldn't bring the kids to the pool on the day of arrival as kids are restricted to pre 7
lifts to leisure centre locked due to kids????
room is a nice facility especially between 6&7pm where wine is available, but on one day it had 5 kids in it
loved our stay and so did our kids
the staff are always friendly and welcoming and the pool is a firm favourite with my kids

the man who checked us in saw us with our two kids and gave us a bigger room so we d have more space, so nice
interested in making cocktails than looking after other guests jug's of miwadi drinks for kids
the staff really go the extra mile accommodating every request from my two young kids
the concierge was particularly nice and friendly with the kids, but otherwise the staff were overly professional

lovely restaurant on site, which is great when you have kids with you
the kids were happy enough with their beds
not 100% on this being a family oriented kind of hotel, our kids are 8 & 10
the two single beds for our kids and the bigger bed for us was great and so much better than 'two beds and a
parking is not convenient for travel with kids. no kids channels on the tv

hotel, excellent value, really nice staff and the leisure centre was great for the kids to take a swim
a weekend away with the kids before goin back to school

went for a swim in the pool but it was so busy with kids lessons, i only stayed 20 minutes as lane swimming
club whose services are included with the booking: a nice swimming pool alongside a pool for kids, clean and
also a vending machine for drinks and sweets which is great for kids
gypsy kids ran into the bar and took no notice of staff and helped themselves to water from jugs on the
couldn't do anymore, especially my kids orders, exactly what they asked for

excellent, food was nice but seemed like frozen chips and kids sausages
in ideal location i booked the studio apartment which gave me the option to bring food along for kids to have
