the spa amazing, the food amazing the room amazing
hotel is stunning the room was huge and spotless and very comfortable we used the spa which was also top class
one evening we asked for room service and food came after an hour and very cold, the reason i didn t return
food drinks room service we had the lot and the whole experience was first class

to do with kids of an evening no residents lounge so had to entertain a 7 year old in the room from about 8
nothing good for the family and kids
the walls and doors were very thin and we even had other kids from down the hall playing knock a door run

didn't like that i forgot to pack the kids swimwear as we missed the pool facility and it looked lovely
there s no kids menu available you have to ask bartender what s for kids- and he tells you
the pool was an additional bonus and the kids loved it

property was in a nice setting, even wee park if you had the kids etc the room was lovely an cosy when we got
when looking at the menu there wasn't anything on there apart from the kids menu
the outside area with tut-tut and bus was great, lots for kids, i would like to bring my 6 year old granddaughter
taking kids out until after 11 at night
loved the home style decor and kids loved the large shower /wetroom and the viwe was beautiful.

we had an evening meal which was very nice (good kids menu aswell) and the breakfast was excellent, plenty of
spent 2 nights there and we have never been to such a pet friendly hotel, it made our stay even better knowing
wifi, very weak and reception in general very poor.
the bar is comfortable and nicely decorated too with a good choice of drinks
which was also undercover bar and restaurant really good staff were all lovely and helpful try room service damn

the kids were over the moon with everything which is all a parent can ask for
