tha reeption was: i cam an waiting ro the finalazition of my registration, whiel a falimy with 2 kids came to
beach and grounds are beautiful and the three pools were great for the kids
pool was not very clean and the staff was very skeptical of us staying there
would have liked to eat at the bar in the evening, but food was not available
wifi has poor reception in the rooms, better at the pool

a few suggestions: - some shades in the pool area would be beneficial - the rooms need some refurbishment in
the food and breakfast were delicious, and the sea view rooms are definitely worth upgrading to
ok facilities for breakfast/pool-area, and an excellent restaurant for dinner
the pool would have been great if it was more taken care of - the sunbeds were partially bare,
pool was too cold.

breakfast was rather limited, and the staff were not informed about the dietary restrictions that
the wifi was very erratic and kept dropping all the time
we enjoyed their lovely breakfast which included local delicacies
to arrange anything we needed, from restaurant reservations and full day trips to taxis and laundry service
luxurious accommodations with a warm welcoming staff and nice breakfast

i can't understand how we could even have been given those rooms, having 2 kids, but obviously no thought is
hotell is in the city center. always clean. great pool for kids.

at the beginning we faced with several problems (no wifi, no hot water) but the staff solved them very quickly
maybe they could change the breakfast which was good but eating same thing for four nights
pub/restaurant only open for breakfast/lunch
they advertise a pool, but it was only half full of water and not much bigger than a bathtub
the swimming pool area is also beautiful and incredibly relaxing
