this time, i got a spacious room near the reception which got some of the wifi from the lobby
food was very disappointing, breakfast choice very poor

our kids enjoyed the pool

even though i specified his age during reservation, the clerk told me only kids 12 and under don't count
gym was a nice bonus for the kids
the room was small for family with oldee kids. the street noise was loud.
my mom and two kids took a walk around, there are museums and lots of shopping options to see but sadly also

we were placed on a floor where there were many kids running and yelling in the hallway
the pool was very cold, so not much to complain about. kids still swam and had fun.

the kids loved the hot tubs
to the property at 7pm with 3 kids after telling in advance that we will arrive at this hour and no one is there

pool temperature was cold, only kids would go in.

we were awoken multiple times throughout the night by a families screaming kids
that worked out very well for our group of 3 (2 kids and 1 adult)
sent the hotel and mentioned that we are a family with 2 kids, we arrived after 24 hours of traveling and there
very spacious and excellent location to walk to la sabana with kids
i already recommended this to my family who will be coming down; party of 6, husband, wife and 4 kids
