the pool area and hot tub is great to hang out

we are a family of 4, two kids, first time we came when they were 5 and 8
it has a cute little swimming pool for kids of all ages
very cool pond and garden for kids plus the pool
breakfast was also good as was the kids menu we got for our kids (chicken and fries)
we travelled with our extended family of 15 which included 7 kids of all ages

the pool was fun for kids to splash around in, and the gardens were a lovely bit of privacy and nature in the
thing but we were traveling with 4 kids and they were so grouchy and upset
provided two towels for four people (2 adults and two kids) even though we full claimed kids/included them in
painless, the front desk person was very lovely and helpful, offering extra towels as we had 4 kids with us

kids loved a splash in the pool
they made balloon animals and did magic tricks for my kids
the kids enjoyed the swimming pool
he gave our kids balloons and chocolates and made usa feel special
closeness to airport, shuttle, friendly staff, clean rooms and the pool is great for the kids.

great breakfast (a bit pricey at $10 per person, but kids eat free)
staff, available as we arrived from the airport by car to enter the parking area, comfortable spacious room,
hotel on golf course with lush green surrounding - atria, patios
we were provided a delicious breakfast in the dining area overlooking the golf course and walking trails
bed was uncomfortable and furniture was damaged. there was no pool or jacuzzi.

kids loved the pool and the hot jacuzzi pool was fantastic
a self service hotel and it didn t offer non of the comfort booking shows, like room service, kids friendly,
stayed here the night before an early morning flight - family or 4 with kids aged 12 & 14 let s be clear -
beedrooms are too old, need a renewal. we requested towels for the kids but we never received.
but i like that there was a shallow area at the pool, great for young kids

the room was perfect for us because our kids are older, but if you have little ones, ask if they have one-level

i saw only kids going into it, and for only 10 or 15 minutes -- not much sun on the pool most of the day
nice traditional costa rican breakfast food. pool was great for kids.
closed at 7pm and we arrived late so the kids weren't able to enjoy it at night before we left in the morning
- but to be fair we live in the countryside at home so any town/city is noisy for us - me and the kids fell
