i wouldn't say this was a relaxing place to stay (lots of families with young kids and karaoke or other events

hated the beach club because it was too small and too many kids
the laundry service is ridiculously expensive and they ruined my t shirts (shrunk them) and still

the water over flow issue the hotel in general was a great experience lots of activities for the kids and adults
