in friday night and were assigned room 104, my wife and i went for a weekend break without the kids
we had a lot of issues with the wifi, maybe they could do something about it
all was good. we left before breakfast, so don't know. service was good.
breakfast could have been clearer- i would have liked to be given the ticket when i checked in so
breakfast was not good and weekend night was too loud because next to a disco going on till 3 am

wifi in the room didn t work which was really bad for us bearing in mind the price of the room
pool was neglected and water was not heated.
the hotel bar used fresh lime juice (instead of sweet&sour mix) and the location is incredible
pool was not clean so i didn t use it, also would prefer a duvet rather than blanket but that is

was extreme slow and so expenicie beyond what bookings had - so my 300 room was 500 - no spa -no kate night

you are traveling with kids, do not choose this hotel
unfortunately i dont recommend it hotel policy on guests noise it is null ,,had to deal with kids screaming
there continental breakfast was great and there breakfasts are delicious
after the complaint they upgrade us but the room was located on top of the parking space with no wifi

i did ask about the spa and it is simply a room they use and they call in services to use the room
very serene room service was good, natalya at the front desk very helpful
wifi was iffy. they did fix it, but it took awhile
they didn t tell us there was a wedding, and we couldn t even order room service that night.
english tv channels, no bar for wine, -- rooftop expected to be a nice evening place to sit- it did not exist

the hotel is family friendly so there are kids in the pool but it's a nice vibe, the guests and the staff couldn

compared to 5 star hotels in europe for example, they even overcharged us excesivelly for kids
the room was very comfortable and plenty spacious for two persons
