the lock on the window was gone was scary having our kids alone

our kids enjoyed the pool even though it was a little chilly

upon arrival we learned the pool closed due to remodeling.

we would have ordered room service, but because it was so difficult, we opted to have one family member go out

nice layout, great location in downtown san jose, all amenities and rooms were top notch - gym and locker rooms

the pool was small and shallow and jammed with screaming kids which meant you couldn t actually swim but i

hotel had a beautiful christmas photo prop,my kids loved the little tree contest

pool area and restaurants

also the bar tender was hustling to grab everyone s drink orders

they do have a great gym and wonderful out pool and spa area

hard when you have cold kids

room service was answering machine then they would return call in 10 minutes or so

got this hotel bc it was advertised as having a pool, gym and executive lounge only to find out upon arrival

no room service
