i wished the windows latched for safety with small kids
the pool wasn't available while we were there.
moved here from our original hotel because we needed good wifi for working - the staff was fabulous, the detail

pool is great for kids, access to private beach, closeness to city center, very friendly staff.

grounds, great staff in kids club (but they charge hourly) and staff at beach and restaurants
water slide for the kids, multiple pools including an adults only pool

even the adult only pool was accepting kids because it was the only one opened
hear the birds chirping and it was relatively quiet and not overrun with too many guests or loud kids
we had to eat there for breakfast, lunch and dinner
our neighbours had ordered room service the last few days for dinner
the heated pool was very nice, away from the loud music and natural juices made to order

it was a bit far to walk into town with families with small kids
perfect for staying with kids because water in the pool is very warm
living room furniture is not very comfortable. wifi works but is not strong enough.
the pool bar served great tasting and reasonably priced food and drinks
loved the pool, restaurant, and chairs on the beach!

eating a shrimp in the italian restaurant ( which she even spit out on her plate)and both my kids had upset
restaurant was bad, the pool outside our room wasn t maintained enough and there were always kids in the adults
food and amenities for my kids.

the upgrade of family selection is worth it for room service if you have kids

kids activities daily, a great resort for families
the hotel has a lot of activities for kids and family
we were especially impressed by the kids entertainment program it is truly at the highest level
facilities, friendly staff, had a small surprise zoo inside which was neat for kids/families to see the animals
we liked the activities and most of the food. great for our grand kids.

but this hotel literally had the best staff, reception, bar, restaurant, pool the list is endless
and pool were excellent

although the space was separate for secrets and dreams, you could still hear kids and run into them in common
we were looking for an adults only but secrets shares facilities with dreams which is crowded of kids
the adults only is on one side and kids on the other
pool loungers were broken or used so badly they were uncomfortable and we would have to switch them

there should be a kids pool area
catered to kids and have a great kids club
the massage at the spa was dissapointing for the price
that they try to charge you for any extra (like specific cabanas on the beach or classes at the gym)

no where for kids to swim after 6pm other than the ocean

serving two type of customers, the group that enjoys drinking and partying with loud music on the pool and the
2 you're by the pool and a guy comes by with a large tray and is passing around very little cups (gulps) of
renee at catina restaurant was an amazing waiter, all of our butlers were really great, the gym was good
had breakfast in the room on the terrace
