was a little chaotic, but that was mostly due to kids running

in the middle of the room that went nowhere (on a door at the bottom) travelling with young kids was dangerous
desk staff and manager were extremely nice, welcoming, accommodating and very playful with our kids
kids screaming in the hall and slamming doors between 9 and 10 the night before the event
breakfast is amazing and the pool even it's raining the kids are having some fun
the room is spacious, and the kids really love it

not the hotel's fault, per se, but each day we were there, there were kids screaming around the pool and running

the pool was great but there are too much kids around which making relaxation a little difficult
for skiing with kids, right on the mountain, concierge assistance to book ski classes, buy lift tickets and rent
some of the guest's kids were a bit too wild
i will put kids in one pool and adult the other

breakfast menu's are multi-choice and quite tasty
from the staff to rooms to food and spa facilities including the amazing hamman
the space near the bar is too dark to read in the evening and quite often too busy
only thing we didn t like was not being able to have the breakfast buffet saturday morning due to what we
the bar wasn't open until 11, just until dinner service was complete
